By using Blessu, you agree to these Terms. You must meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.

2. Service description

Blessu provides daily spiritual plans, guided prayers, Bible-based content, and habit tools through free and premium features.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must keep account information accurate and updated.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in Blessu (notes, intentions, anchors). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Blessu for unlawful or abusive purposes.

• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.
• Do not use the service to harass, harm, or impersonate others.
• Do not resell, bulk-copy, or commercially exploit content without authorization.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

AI-generated responses and reflections are informational only and do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or pastoral professional advice.

7. Subscriptions and billing

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the respective store policies.

8. Intellectual property

Blessu, including brand assets, design, and software, is owned by Lumlabs or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Third-party services

Blessu may rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for outages or interruptions caused by providers outside our control.

10. Warranties and limitation of liability

Blessu is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time in-app or at /delete-account.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. We may update them, and we will publish the effective date of the updated version.
