1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Blessu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Blessu is a spiritual companion app that uses artificial intelligence to provide daily Bible verses, guided prayers, personalized reflections, and Bible reading features. The service includes voice and text functionality.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. Do not share your credentials with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Blessu offers free and paid plans. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the respective store policies. Prices may vary by region.
5. AI-Generated Content
Reflections, prayers, and guidance are generated by artificial intelligence. They do not replace professional advice (medical, psychological, or theological). Content is based on the Bible but AI interpretations may contain inaccuracies. Use them as a complement to your spiritual practice, not as a substitute.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not: use the service for illegal activities, attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI system, distribute generated content as your own without attribution, resell or redistribute the service, use the service to harass or harm others.
7. Intellectual Property
Blessu and its original content are property of Lumlabs. Biblical texts are used under public domain licenses or with corresponding permissions. Content you generate (anchors, bookmarks) belongs to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
Blessu is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms. After termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
